Fun Exploration Nature Academy | Science Popularization Micro-class - Avian Scientific Rescue

We recently received a call for help from Qilu First Experimental Primary School. The teachers found an injured great crested grebe. The great crested grebe is a common water bird in the Qingdao area and is a relatively common bird species in waters such as Tangdao Bay. Because of its strong stress response, after a preliminary examination on the spot, we put it into a transport cage to minimize stimulation and brought it back to the Animal World for careful examination. Taking this opportunity, we also conducted a course on bird rescue at Qilu First Experimental Primary School, covering what to pay attention to in animal rescue, how to handle injured wildlife, and how to scientifically help birds if you find abnormalities or injured birds.
